Perfect Pizza to pack in the protein!

Cooking and eating food are two of my favorite things! I am at a stage in life that has me making some hard choices to stay healthy, and eating right is top on my list of priorities. My choices, as I get older, have me adding protein where I can. I however, will not sacrifice taste for healthy eating. If it is dinner time at our house you can guarantee it's going to be good food for all!

The kitchen is the place to be adventurous and try new things! I love to play with ingredients to make something ordinary into something memorable.

Don't leave out the flavor when making your family great food.

These instructions will not let you down.


Here's the steps-

1st Drain the canned chicken (your favorite brand), then place it in a mixing bowl.

2nd Mix in one egg.

3rd Mix 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (roughly chopped).

4th Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil.

5th Add 1/2 teaspoon oregano.

6th Mix thoroughly.

7th Put parchment paper on a cooking sheet.

8th Put the mixture on the parchment paper and gently flatten to a thin crust.

9th Bake at 425 degrees in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

10th Dress your pizza with sauce, cheese and toppings.

11th Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

12th Now you are ready to enjoy!
